I’ve been working with these dogs for the past two weeks and I think every time I learn something about them is in the morning because I always seem so surprised to see it happen again later in the day. This post might not make any sense because mornings are hard
my sis is on my moms phone facetiming my parents right now and omg the noise. when she’s not here i dont realize how quiet it is, but i guess since i dont talk too much they need to talk a lot to her? i dont know if thats how it works but its so loud downstairs that when i went upstairs to the bathroom(i had a bloody nose, not a big deal) i quickly fixed it but realized how loud they were being and i just decided to lie on my floor. it ended shortly after because my moms phone ran out of battery and all i heard was “quick give me your phone so i can call her back!” they obvi miss you lots so you better come to nc for the reunion cuz i’m sure they arent the only ones who do
Girl in my class: Okay, question; how do you get your eyeliner like that?
Me: I dunno, I just wing it.
One thing that I always tell people is to just accept compliments when they get them. The reason for this is that it will give you room to grow as a person. If you can accept that you have accomplished something, that you’ve improved on something, that you’ve done something good, then you can move forward and make ore accomplishments in that same area. If you’re an artist and you keep denying when people say that you’re a good artists, then you’ll never be a good artist in your eyes because you’ll be constantly bringing yourself down. The same goes for anything else.
Accepting compliments is a way of moving forward. Celebrate your victories. You deserve it.
If you’re not going to comic con clap your hands.
If you live no where near it clap your hands.
if your favorite cast is showing and you’re dying ‘cause you’re not going.
then go ahead and cry and clap your hands.
shouts to all the band kids who worked really hard to master an instrument in high school and double shouts to the ones who wore goofy outfits and did it in choreographed steps like seriously that sounds outrageously difficult like poaching a perfect egg but yeah denny’s has yr backs and you’re welcome in our humble diners after any and every recital, concert, home game, et al.
Denny’s gets us! I’m officially making it my new tradition.
